SENTENCE FOR THEFT
PROBATION CHANCE LOST. Bj Telegraph.— Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. At the Supreme Court this morning David Charles McGill, charged with having stolen £BB from the Electrolux Company, was sentenced to three years’ reformative detention, and three years’ reformative detention on a charge of a breach of his probation. His Honour, Mr. Justice Sim, remarked that accused has wasted liis chance on probation and had not realised the importance of living an honest life.
