ACCOUNTANT FOUND DEAD
SEQUEL Tt> AUDITOR’S VISPP. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Dee. 2. Following a visit paid by the asBO elation’s auditor yesterday, J. Hall, accountant of the Hawarden branch of the New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Association, was found dead, apparently poisoned, in the storeroom. He was 35 years of age, and married, with on® child. THE INQUEST ADJOURNED. Christchurch, Last Night. Mr. H. P. Lawrey, S.M., Coroner, Iwld an inquest to-day concerning the death of James Adair Hall, aged 46, accountant for the New Zealand Fanners’ Cooperative Association at Hawarden, who was found dead yesterday, it being supposed that death was due to poison selfadministered. A typiste stated that Hall was in hie usual spirits when she arrived at th© office. Two months ago he showed her some strychnine in a tobacco box, saying that he intended to poison rabbits at his home in Christchurch. Dr. Miller, of Waikari, made a post moitem examination, but as the ovidenee of one witness has still to 1* taken in Christchurch, the Coroner was unable to give his verdict. Hall was a married man with font chtklren.
