In the House of Commons, Earl Win* terton moved the second reading of the Indian and Colonial Divorce Jurisdiction Bill, which confers on Indian and Dominion courts jurisdiction in certain cases in respect of the dissolution of a marriage, the parties to which ar© domiciled in England or Scotland though living in India or the Dominions, and validating any decrees granted. Th© Bill was read a second time.
