The Shaw, Savlll and Albion liner Corinthlc and the New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Remucra are to sail from Southampton today and to-morow respectively vrith passengers, mail and cargo for New Zealand. The Corlnthic's cargo is for discharge at Wellington and Auckland. She Is due at Wellington on January 10. The Remuera is due at Wellington on January 9 to land the passengers. Afterwards she will discharge at Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. KAITANGATA ON SUNDAY. The Kaftangata is to leave Greymouth this evening with 1040 tons of coal for discharge at New ■ Plymouth, where she is due on Sunday morning. She later proceeds to Napier and Wellington. STEAMERS FOR LOADING. According to the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s latest itinerary, the Matatua, City of Winchester and Gallic, now in Australia, will come to New Zealand to load produce for England. The Gallis is definitely scheduled to load at New Plymouth on December 22. KAMONA FROM DUNEDIN. The Kamona is now scheduled to leave Dunedin to-day for New Plymouth, via Timaru. She is due here on Monday or Tuesday, and afterwards sails for Westport and Greymoutli. ALEXANDER WITH COAL. The Alexander arived at New Plymouth last night with a cargo of coal from Westport, to which port she returns to-day after discharge. MAHANzY AT AUCKLAND. The Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Mahana arrived at Auckland from London on Wednesday evening, and anchored off Motuihi Island to unload explosives. She will probably come in to port to-day to discharge a large quantity of general merchandise. From Auckland she will go to Wellington and New Plymouth to complete discharge. TOTARA FROM WELLINGTON. The Union Company advises that the Totara is scheduled to leave Wellington either tomorrow or Monday for New Plymouth, where she is due next week. STROMA DUD ON SUNDAY. With 5600 tons of phosphates from Nauru Island, the tramp steamer Stroma arrived at Auckland on Wednesday. She is unloading 2600 tons there, the remainder of the cargo being for New Plymouth. After discharging her last phosphate cargo at Auckland the steamer sailed on October 15, and proceeded to Westport for bunkers before returning to Nauru. Loading operations at the island were interrupted for. two days by threatening northwesterly weather. Otherwise generally fine weather prevailed on the voyage until nearing New Zealand, when strong westerly winds and rough seas delayed her arrival at Auckland by a few hours. She is expected to leave Auckland to-night, arriving at New Plymouth on Sunday night or Monday morning. WAITEMATA DUE THIS MORNING. The Union Company’s steamer Waitemata was scheduled to clear Nelson at 6 o’clock yesterday evening for New Plymouth, where she is due at 9 o’clock this morning to discharge general merchandise from the Pacific Coast. She is expected to sail to-morrow for Wellington. PORT HOBART FOR HOME. Loaded with Dominion produce, the C. and D. Line advise that the motor-ship Port Hobart will now leave Napier this evening for London, via Panama. PROGRESS NEXT FRIDAY. Messrs. Holm and Co. advise that the Progress is due at New Plymouth next Friday from Dunedin, via all way ports. CORINNA AND OPIHI DISPATCHED. The Corinna, after loading 7500 crates of cheese for transhipment to the Mamari at Wellington, sailed for that port yesterday evening, thence Dunedin to again load for New Plymouth. The Opihl was dispatched for Westport, via Nelson, last night after discharging general southern cargo. JOHN ARRIVES AND SAILS. The John arrived at New Plymouth yesterday morning with about 150 tons of general southern carfo for discharge. She sailed at 4.30 p.m. for Wanganui, where she loads for B’uff. ONEHUNGA SERVICE. The Rarawa is due at New Plymouth eariy this morning with passengers and cargo from Onehunga, to which port she returns at about 8 o’clock to-night. Shs will then return to New Plymouth early on Tuesday morning. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. SAILED. Suva, December 2.—Tongariro, for Auckland. Adelaide, December 2.—Kiwitea, for New Zealand. Onehunga, December 2.—Rawara (4 p.m.) for New Plymouth.
