HEAVY DAMAGE CAUSED. By Telc-xraph—Press Amk.—Copyright. Sydney, Dec. 1. Bush fires continue to rage in many parts of the State and are taking toll of crops, vegetables and fodder. Telephone communication with some places on the North Coast is cut off. Around Armidale the farmers are having an anxious time. The outbreaks are being subdued only after hours of hard fighting. At Casino, a sawmill valued at £5OOO was destroyed.
