Both the Central News and the British United Press correspondents at the Hague declare that the recent visit of the ex-Crown Prince Wilhelm to the Kaiser was connected with the latter’s desire to leave Doorn. Tha Crown Prince pointed out that the time was unpropitious, but the Kaiser is impatient and longs to live on the sunny Swiss shores of Lake Maggiore.
