It is authoritatively stated that the reorganisation scheme for. the Pacifio Cable Board is dependent upon co-or dinating legislation being adopted by Britain. Canada. Australia and New Zealand. Meanwhile the board is con sidering raising tire proposed new manager’s salary to considerably above the authorised £lOOO yearly, enabling him to visit Canada, Australia and New Zealand at least once yearly. '
