REPORTED INCREASE IN NUMBER. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Nov. 30, 9.10 p.m. Rome, Nov. 29. It is reported that the Pope is enlarging the Sacred College of Cardinals from 70 to 80 in order to increase the representation of non-European eountries, particularly America, Australia and Canada. The change will involve the abandonment of the traditional number of 70, also the revision of Canon law.
