BOTTLE STORE NOT A BAR
A DECISION REVERSED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Nov. 29. Mr. Justice Stringer, in a reserved judgment, delivered to-day. held that the bottle store of an hotel is not a bar. thereby reversing the Magistrate’s decision with regard to the charge against Ceorge Iles, Mcensee of the Provincial Hotel, for employing a female other than a registered barmaid in a bottle ’itcre.
