The New Zealand Dairy Produce Board advises having received the following cable information from the London office of the board, dated November 27: Butter.—New Zealand new season, 15(ls to 158 s; old season, 146 s to 184 s. The market has shown a considerablo improvement since last Tuesday, large quantities of stored new season’s butter being sold at advancing prices. The sales amounted to 64,956 boxes and the stocks are 5345 boxes. The next arrival will be the lonie on December ti. The Kia Ora and the Rimiitaka produce will probably be subject to survey owing to Ares, nnd will probably not be fully available for the Christmas trade. Australian butter ,is officially quoted at 152 s to 1545; Argentine. 138 s to 1445; Dutch, 170 s to 1725; Siberian, 132 s to 1365; Danish, 170 s to 1725. Retail prices and the Continental position are unchanged. The cheese market remained exceedingly quiet until Thursday, since when there has been a very active advancs in prices for both coloured and white. Finest is quoted at 87s, and first-grade at 86s. Sales totalled 3647 crates and stocks are 13,488 dratOS. Canadian is quoted at 90s to 88s; spot, Sts 6d. C.i.f. retail prices are unchanged.
