GERMAN PRESIDENT LIBELLED. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Nov. 28, 5.5 p.m. Berlin, Nov. 27. The editors of Communistic newspap* era published in Cologne and Aix-la-Chapnelle have been sentenced to seven months’ imprisonment for libelling President Hindenburg in a poem entitled, “Beware oi the Dog.”
