EX-KAISER’S ILLNESS

HIS CONDITION SERIOUS. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Nov. 27, 5.5 p.m. London, Nov. 26. The Paris edition of the Chicago Herald says that his wife is most anxious regarding the health of the ex-Kaiser. Recent influenza, accompanied by severe coughing, it is feared, may develop into a tubercular larynx, of which his father died. Every effort is being made to hide the seriousness of the illness owing to the desire to maintain the public belief that the ex-Kaiser is still healthy.
