GERMAN JUDGE NOMINATED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov, 26, 5.5 p.m. Cairo, Nov. 25. For the first time since the war, a German judge has been nominated to the recently created mixed tribunal. This does not connote a revival of Germany's renounced capitulatory rights.
