AFFAIRS OF THE EMPIRE
QUESTIONS IN THE COMMONS’. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Nov. 25. In the House of Commons, arising out of the Imperial Conference, Sir C. Kin-loch-Cooke inquired whether Mr. Baldwin would undertake that steps would not be taken to impair to British Dominion subjects the right of appear to the Privy Council without the Imperial Parliament being consulted. Mr. Baldwin replied that he could not give an assurance that Parliament would be consulted, except to the extent involving legislation. Sir C.
