WEATHER FORECAST
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night.
The following Govermnent weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-day:—“Present indications are for westerly to southerly gales and unsettled boisterous and colder weather. Kain is probable generally, and heavy rain with rivers, flooded in the West Coast and southernmost districts of the South Island and snow on the higher levels. The barometer will be rising everywhere soon.’*
