HOPES TO DOMINATE MARKET. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Nov. 21. The German Dye Trust is patenting a process of chemically converting iron into steel, which is cheaper, harder, more elastic and freer from impurities than that produced by the usual methods of smelting. It is hoped to ensure Germany a dominating position in the world markets.
