RELEASE OF PRISONERS
PRISONS BOARD TO REPORT. By Telegraph.-; Pre** AMOclalio*. Wellington, Nov. 23. The 'Minister of Justice stated to-day that the Government had asked the Prisons Board for a report setting out-“-the principles on which the board act* in recommending the release of prisoners aid dealing with the faets in regard to the cases of Baume, Mackay and Baker. The report probably will not be available until after the next meeting of the board, which is fixed for the second week in December, but it will be published as soon as received.
