All that piece of Land, containing one hundred acres more or less, being the Northern Part of the Allotment numbered ninety on the Official Record Map of the Omata District, bounded towards the north by the allotment numbered sighty-eight (3000 links) towards the East by the Huatoki-iti Stream, towards the South by other part of the said allotment numbered ninety (3800 links), and towards the West by the Frankley Road (3835 links). This property is a dairy farm, situated on the Frankley Road, about seven miles from New Plymouth, and one and a half miles from the Factory. The buildings comprise a Four-roomed House and cowshed. The above property will be offered for Sale on behalf of the First Mortgagee, in exercise of the powers of sale conferred on her by Deed of Mortgage registered number 39793, and Variation of Terms thereof registered number 45189.
