GISBORNE HARBOUR
HULK TO FORM BREAKWATER. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, Nov. 22. The hulk Monowai arrived at Gisborne this morning in tow of the steamer Katoa. Pile will in a few days besunk as a breakwater at Wihereongaonga, whence the harbour board is obtaining a stone supply for the construction of the new harbour.
