FRENCH FRONTIER CROSSED. WIRES CUT NEAR MENTONE. By Telegraph—Press Aesn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 23, 1.20 a.m. London, Nov. 22. The Daily News’ Nice. correspondent states that * 150 Fascists crossed the Franco-Italian frontier and cut the telegraph wires near Mentone. French police and troops are guarding the offices near the frontier.
