A plot aiming at the restoration of Prince Carol led to the arrest of several of hie political supporters. The Government has also ordered the dismissal of Prince Carol’s adherents from the army. It is reported that detectives have been secretly sent to Paris to watch the Prince, and a special envoy will meet Queen Marie on her return from America. Received Nov. 22, 8.40 p.m. Paris, Nov. 22. Prince Carol. is unmoved by the reports, and members of his party declare that he lias no intention of going to Roumania. It is believed that the return of the Queen will hasten a solution of the difficulty.
