EXCESSIVE SPEEDING
MOTOR-CYCLIST FINED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Arthur Mills, a motor-cyclist, was fined £25; his license was suspended till March 31 aiid he wae disqualified from obtaining another for 18 nionths after that, when he appeared in tjie Magistrate’s Court to-day for speeding. A constable stated that Mills travelled at 60 miles an hour.
