LEAGUE OF NATION'S ACTION
AGENDA PAPER feEADY
By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 19, 5.5 p.m. Geneva, Nov. 19. The League of Nations’ World Economic Conference has been tentatively fixed for May 4. The preparatory commission to-oay completed the agenda paper for the eon. terenee, from whieli it excluded as inopportune Italy’s demand that emigration be considered as one of the world’s most vital economic factors, but admitted Japan’s claim to equality of treatment -for foreign nationals already admitted to another country where they are engaged in commerce and industry. The commission expressed the opinion that many of tire difficulties included in the agenda are wholly of European and not of world interest. The conference consists entirely of official government delegates, five frem each country, and the final resolutions will be signed only Tiy those countries which vote for them.
