INCREASE IN SMOKERS
RAILWAY RULE REVERSED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Nov. 17. The increase in the number of smokers, particularly women, has caused the underground railways to transpose the smoking carriage rules. Now there are no smoking compartments, but 30 per cent, are labelled non smoking.
