TROUBLE IN CALCUTTA. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 19, 1.10 a.m. Delhi, Nov. 18. Polling scenes in North and South Calcutta were marked by much excitement. At one point free fights developed. The authorities had armoured cars in readiness but their use was unnecessary. Women were entitled to vote for the first time, but very few exercised their right.
