SIR ALAN COBHAM
DEPARTURE FOR AMERICA. By Telegraph—Frees Asia.—Cspyrlgirt. Received Nov. 18, 7.40 p.m. London, Nov. 18. Sir Alan Cobham has departed for America. It was stated a few days ago that Sir A. Cobham would take with him a small aeroplane from which he would fly from the steamer to' New York when the American coast was sighted.
