CONSPIRACY ALLEGED GOVERNMENT SEEKS POWER BILL BEFORE PARLIAMENT By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 17, 8.14 p.m. London. Nov. 17. ’’There is no doubt that a conspiracy has been formed to subvert order 'in the Free State.” said the Premier, Mr. T. W. Cosgrave, when introducing a Bill in the Dail Eireann giving the Government drastic powers. He declared it was evident that there was some centre from which instructions were issued to carry out raids on a day when telegraph wires were cut and trees felled to block the roads. Such conspiracy must be countered without delay.
