Received Nov.* 16, 8.40 p.m. Geneva, Nov. 15. “International organised labour demands the abolition of all European customs and commercial frontiers,” declared Mynheer Oudegeest, a delegate from Holland, at an economic conference. He added: “Labour wants to see a United States of Europe which would combat American competition and assure the same standard of life as is enjoyed by the worker in the United States.”
