FOUNDATION OF FASCISM
EXPLANATION BY MUSSOLINI. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Cojivngin. London, Nov. 15. Mussolini, in a message to the Daily Mail, says Fascism has not yet been properly interpreted by everybody and is often misjudged by superficial criticism. It is the most complete form of Government, because it is deeply rooted in Italy's workers. There is none better qualified to understand it than the powerful Commonwealth comprised in the British Empire, which was founded on work and an understanding between the various ranks of workers. *‘l repeat that Fascism stands for justice, wealth, peace and order.’’ INCIDENT IN PARIS. Paris; Nov. 15. Three Fascists were wounded in the attack on the newspaper Action Franchise, which for more than a year has published in opposition to Fascist views. The editor of the paper says the Fascists entered with revolvers drawn and there was a violent encounter in the editorial room, where the staff hurled inkpots and the Fascists fired, whereupon the staff replied. They now state: “Our losses are nothing, except broken windows; we have no more inkpots.”
