The Union Company freighter Kaitangata, after discharging a quantity of Aiustrallan cargo at New Plymouth, was dispatched yesterday evening for Greymouth to load for Gisborne and Auckland. TURAKINA'S DEPARTURE. At present loading for Home at New Plymouth, the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Turakina Is expected to be dispatched next Tuesday. Her further loading ports have not yet been announced. CORINNA DUE TO-MORROW. The Union Company advises that the Corinna is due at New Plymouth to-morrow morning from Dunedin, via the usual southern ports. After discharging she will load 7000 boxes of butter and 8000 crates of cheese for transhipment to the Tamaroa at Wellington. KAPONGA’S MOVEMENTS. To continue her discharge of Australian cargo, the Union Company's steamer Kaponga was to leave Auckland last night for Napier, Wellington and New Plymouth, where she is due about Saturday next. WAITEMATA FROM PACIFIC COAST. The Union Company advises that the Waitemata is expected to leave Lyttelton to-morrow for Dunedin, Nelson and New Plymouth, to continue her discharge of Pacific Coast cargo. She will afterwards complete at Wellington. The vessel is to again load ait Pacific Coast |)orts during January, probably for Napier, Lyttelton, Dunedin and New Plymouth. PROGRESS TO SAIL TO-DAY. Work on the Progress is expected to bw completed by about noon to-day, when the vessel is to sail for Wanganui and Wellington, for which port she loaded a quantity of benzine. She is then to load at Lyttelton for New Plymouth, via the usual southern ports, and should arrive here next Tuesday. WEST NIVARIA FOR PACIFIC COAST. The Swayne and Hoyt Line steamer West Nivaria, at present discharging Pacific Coast cargo at New Plymouth, is expected to sail to-morrow evening for San Francisco and other Pacific Coast ixirts to again. load for New Zealand.
