TO DEAL WITH TRADE DISPUTES LABOUR LEADERS SUGGESTION. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 15, 7.20 p.m. London, Nov. 15. Mr' Cramp, the railwaymen’s industrial general secretary, speaking at Middlesboro, advocated the establishment of an industrial parliament to deal with trade disputes. It should be free from party politics and class domination, every interest Being represented. If a certain industry could not give a proper subsistence wage, it should be reorganised. If this were impossible, it would be better for that business to be closed down altogether.
