WARNING TO NAVIGATORS. By Telegraph.—Prets Association. Wellington, Nov. 15. The Secretary of the General Post Offices notifies the following: A navigation warning was broadcasted by a Sydney radio station at 10.5 p.m. yesterday. the 14th. At fl p.m. on the New South YVales coast, fresh southerly winds and a slight sea. A cyclonic disturbance occupies the Tasman Sen centred midway between Hobart and Bluff. Strong north-west to southwest winds to gale with rough conditions expected over the Tasman Sea. Very rough in south-west section.
