GISBORNE DIVORCE SUIT
DECREE AND DAMAGES AWARDED By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, Last Night. At the Supreme Court, in divorce, Robert Ernest Shipp sought a dissolution of his marriage with Annie Elizabeth Shipp on the grounds of alleged adultery, Richard Kemp being cited as co-respon-dent. Petitioner further claimed £lOOO from the co-respondent. After hearing lengthy evidence, petitioner was granted a decree nisi and £350 damages were awarded.
