PALMERSTON SENTENCES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston N., Nov. 12. Prisoners were sentenced in the Supreme Court as follow: John Robert McGregor, theft from a person, 12 months’ hard labour; Noils Peder Sorenson Hansen, assault at Mirauni with intent to rob, 18 months’ hard labour, prisoner being recommended to leave the country at the expiry of his sentence.
