Riciotti Garibaldi and Macia have been arrested and taken to prison in connection with the Catalan plot. Received Nov. 14, 11.5 p.m. Paris, Nov. 13. Garibaldi and Macia were confronted in the presence of the police. Macia admitted that he had corresponded with Garibaldi in August regarding machinegunners, but he denied saying he was aiming at a Federalist insurrection. He clearly indicated that he was only engaged in the Catalonian movement.
