It is certain that the new Parlia-. ment will be summoned to meet «t Wellington in February, though the date has not yet been fixed. Mr. Maspey stated to day, however, that Parliament would be called together not later than the middle of February, and possibly a little earlier. “It will be a very short seßßion.’ Raid Mr. Massey. “Probably not longer than ten days at most.’
