ELDERLY MAN’S SUICIDE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Dee. 28. James William Elson, aged 61, a married man, committed suicide with a rifle at Munsford, near Port Chalmers. He was formerly an engine-driver for the Union Company, and haff been in failing health lately.
