Blundell and Miss Menzies leave on Monday to visit Dunedin and the Cold Lakes district. ENGAGEMENT. The engagement is announced of Miss Kathleen Ailsa Ewing, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. N. Ewing, of Bnown Street, New Plymouth, to Mr. Gswold C. Stephens, second son of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Stephens, of Clyde street, Dunedin. THE HEALTH CAMP. The health camp conducted by Dr. Gunn at Turakina was concluded on Tuesday, the final act being the safe delivery to their respective mothers of the 96 children at various railway stations between Wanganui and Palmerston. The camp provides five weeks’ open-air treatment for delicate children, and the improvement shown fully justifies its popularity with parents and children alike. The venture is made possible by the generosity of Mr. R. Lethbridge, who, with Mrs. Lethbridge, spare no pains to make the camp a success. Dr. Gunn is assisted in the work by students from Victoria College, who gain a most profitable experience.
