The Times, in a leader commenting on the New Zealand elections, says even political opponents of Mr. Massey, who after a decade finds himself without a majority, must pay tribute to the single-minded devotion with which he served the Dominion and the Empire during critical years. His administration’s almost fratricidal quarrel with its opponente was a golden opportunity for Labor.—Times Service.
