ARMS AND LEGS STABBED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. 15, 5.5 p.m. Paris, Dec. 14. A mania for thrusting poisoned needles into girls’ legs and arms has broken out on the boulevards. Ten cases were reported to the police yesterday. The stabbings are the cause of intense suffering, yet are not serious in their results.
