SCENE IN BRITISH PARLIAMENT. By Teletraph.—Press Assn.— Conyrleht London, Dec. 13. There were disorderly scenes in the House of Commons when the Premier declined to postpone the prorogation of Parliament in order to deal with the problem of unemployment. Several Labontes disobeyed the chair and continually interrupted and shouted preventing questions being asked. Prominent among the disturbers were Messrs. Scrymgeour, .Tack Jones, and Kirkwood—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
