On December 26 and 27. special train leaves Hawera 7.25 a.m., Inglewood 10.0, Lepperton 10.22, New Plymouth arrive 10.50 a.m. Return trains leave New Plymouth 6.0 p.m. and 6.35 p.m. for Hawera, making connections with trains for Waitara. Return trains on December 26 will not connect with Toko branch. Usual 4.20 p.m. train New Plymouth to Hawera will not run. Usual 4.25 p.m. and 7.10 p.m. Waitara to Lepperton, and 5.3 p.m. Lepperton to Waitara trains will not run. JN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.
