A P.P.A. CIRCULAR.

Bridfier when he attempts to answer or rather shuttle out of answering my letter re a P.P.A. circular. He uses up a lot of words to say very little. He is sc proud of his electioneering tactics that when I put the spot light on them and gave him a cheap advertisement, he at once loses his temper, sets abusive, and calls me a Let me tell him that tile circular was posted io me, anti was Intended for me. He does not deny that the pamphlet refers to Catholics, hut childishly challenßes me to prove that the letter does so. Well, the words. "Rome. Church of Rome,' etc." occur twelve tlmcsf mostly In ths seventeen articles ot faith wherein the P.P.A. dictates to its members what they must believe. Mr. Bruiser closes his letter with a little bluff, tries to scare me by threatening u. publish extracts from some articles written by Father kelly, of the Tablet, whoever he may be. I tninK I have already seen these articles tn the Daily News and other papers in letters over various aliases. It seems to be the only moke in the stable, so he had better trot It out again.
