Mr. Bonar Law. in the House of Commons said the Government proposed to appoint a tribunal comprising three commissioners to enquire into the methods adopted in other countries, including the Dominions, during tne last fiftv years to increase the prosperity of agriculture and secure the full use of the land for the production of food and the employment of labor at a living wage, and to advise on the best methods of achieving these results.
