Advices from Johannesburg state that Russian Jewish me’chants who have arrived from Russia assert that the conference of Soviets in November decided to send Bolshevist emissaries to foment ’ a revolution amongst the. negroes in America and the natives in South Africa. A number of American negroes and South African natives are receiving training in the Oriental University at Moscow, the intention ibemg to use them as missionaries in America. South Africa and Egypt to urge the blacks to make impossible demands, leading up to a world revolution. PCPE AND PALESTINE. Rome, December 11. The Pope, addressing the Consistory, reiterated his protests against _ the solution of the Palestinian question, and announced that he would renew the appeal on behalf of suffering Russia to the Brussels Conference. He was not very optimistic, however, for unfortunately these conferences did not afford him much hope.
