FOUR PERSONS KILLED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. 10, 5.5 p.m. New T York, Dec. 9. At Pittsburg four were killed and a dozen injured by an explosion of 3500 kegs of gunpowder at the Black Diamond Powder Company’s works, near Dupont. Four buildings were blown to bits and there was widespread damage.
