At the annual meeting of the Empire Parliamentary Association, Mr. Bonar Law said war had completely altered the relations between Britain and the Dominions. “But for the help we got from the Dominions the war could never have been won iby Britain, ’ added the Premier. “’Naturally the Dominions now felt they were entitled to a greater share than ever before in the direction of the Empire’s policy.”—Aus.-N.Z.
