A CARPENTER'S FAILURE. A petition in bankruptcy has been filed by Andrew William Harold Yardley, carpenter, of New Plymouth, whose statement shows debts owing to unsecured creditors £174 4s 7d, while the only asset set down is book debts estimated to produce £4O 5s 6d.
