It is now revealed that Signor Mussolini’s complete domination of the Chamber is due to the fact that he possesses an undated dissolution decree ready for use at any moment. Four hundred deputies are almost certain to lose their seats and salaries to Fascists ,at the next election, hence they unwaveringly support Signoi Mussolini. GERMAN FOOD SUPPLIES. Berlin, November 29. ■ Corn supplies are rapidly diminishing. The peasants have delivered only a quarter of the quantities demanded. Twoimillion tons are lacking. Present supplies will last two or three months. The Food Ministry has ordered flour to be mixed with IO per cent, of potatoes.
