TWO PRESSMEN RELEASED. Brisbane, November 27. Sonnally and Sleeman, who were recently sentenced for attempting to bribe Brennan, a member of the Assembly. have been released from gaol. Their fines have been paid. STOVE - MOULDER S RESUMING. Sydney, Nov. 29. A mass meeting of stove-moulders decided, in view of the section of the strikers at Metter’s resuming work, the istrike be declared off so far as Metter’s firm is concerned. -Two hundred men .employed at several smaller shops decided to continue the fight for the 44 hours week.
